The Schools Free Prize Draw is open to anyone and no purchase is necessary.
Entry into the monthly prize draw can be made by completion and submission of contact details on the Order Form contained within the Schools Pack.
This is the pack that is distributed by the School to the parents, where the orders are returned to the school for collection.
Entry into the Free Prize Draw is automatic unless it is specifically stated (through ticking the relevant box on the Order Form) that entry is not required.
Prize Winners will be notified by email at the earliest opportunity, and Winners will be announced on the myfirstpainting.com website.
Terms & Conditions
- No purchase necessary. Persons wishing to enter the Schools Prize Draw may simply submit a Paintings Order Form (contained in the Schools Promotion Pack) with their contact details supplied.
- Only one entry is permitted per Order Form, although an individual may enter more than once by completing separate Order Forms with full contact details supplied.
- Entrants must be 18 or over or obtain parental or guardian consent and be a resident in the UK or Republic of Ireland.
- The Closing date for each monthly draw is 12pm (GMT) on the last calendar day of each month.
- The winner of each monthly draw will be notified by email within 21 days of the draw.
- One prize winner will be selected in a random draw to be made on or shortly after the first working day of each calendar month for the previous months' entrants.
- The prize is a Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W55 Digital Camera, and is dependent on availability of these items. If we cannot send you the exact prize detailed in the promotion, we reserve the right to send you another make or model of similar value and specification. We will however make every attempt to send you the prize specified in the promotion.
- There is no cash or prize alternative available and the prizes are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Persons directly or indirectly involved with this promotion, including employees of My First Painting Ltd or immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- This competition has been organised by My First Painting Ltd, PO Box 375, Leeds, LS17 1DB.
- The decision of My First Painting Ltd is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged.
- My First Painting Ltd reserves the right to withdraw amend or alter the offer and this promotion at any time.
- This promotion will be governed by English law.
